Based in the Preston area, Warden is a regional main contractor with a turnover of circa £25m and a track record in delivering high quality schemes across education, health, student accommodation, commercial and leisure sectors. The role will have operational responsibility for the delivery of new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £250k to £15m under traditional and design & build contracts. It will suit client focused individuals with a proven track record in Project Delivery and that have the drive and motivation to progress their career in management.
