St Helens Hospital conversion

The project consisted of a full package of alterations and refurbishment including mechanical and electrical services, fire protection, data, power, lighting and drainage alterations.

The windows and doors of the facility were changed throughout to improve energy efficiency. Plastering, painting and decoration, as well as finishes including hygienic cladding, new ceilings, and floor coverings were all included.

Undertaken on a live, occupied, acute NHS hospital estate, the work was completed with minimal disruption while maintaining ‘business as usual’ for all key stakeholders. The conversion was successfully completed on programme, within the trust’s specified budget, and to an exceptional level of quality.
