As the design and build contractor, Warden engaged a design team to develop a scheme that satisfied both the local planning authority and the client’s requirements.
The 48-week project was successfully completed in good time for the following year’s student intake with the show apartment being completed ahead of programme to assist the client in marketing and selling the properties.
